~4 weeks later~

I'd been watching this guy for a little over a month now. He was semi-cute, tall, sort of thin but not too thin. He had light, short, brown hair and the loveliest, blue eyes, more amazing then Taylor's by far. He was quiet and kind of shy in a sweet way.

One day I decided it was time I talked to him so I took the seat next to him and smiled at the doodle he was drawing. He looked up at me and smiled at me.

"You looked bored so I thought I'd come over." I said simply, smiling back.

"How thoughtful. I'm Kyle." he offered me his hand.

"I'm Gya but call me G." I shook his hand.

"Pleased to meet you."

"Likewise,"

"So what's up?"

"Not much, just kind of bored, you?"

"Same. I hate history. It's so.. boring. I mean, what's the poin in learning about a bunch of old dead guys?"

I looked up at him with mild interest, trying to act cool. "I don't know, I think history's kind of cool. I mean, if it weren't for those old dead guys', we wouldn't have what we have today."

"I can see what you mean but I just don't like all the reading, it makes me fall asleep."

"Does it?" I laughed a little.

"Yes, it does. Hey, we have lunch together don't we?"

"You have lunch sixth hour?"

"Yep."

"Then, yes we do."

"Cool.. you have a boyfriend, don't you?"

"N-o-o-o.. why? you asking?" I smirked.

"Maybe.." he smiled kind of slyly. "I heard you talking to that Sadie girl the other day about some guy named Zac..."

"That's my best friend, Zac Hanson. He's not my boyfriend, though."

"Oh.. well, do you have a date for Winter Ball?"

"No, I don't. Do you?"

"Nope. Would you like to go with me?"

I was taken aback by this, not expecting him to ask me. "Uh.. sure. I'd love to go with you." I smiled.

"Cool." The bell rang and I hurried to my seat.
