| Our hearts are broke in two my love, How can we carry on? We loved you oh so very much, We can't believe you've gone. Just yesterday you looked so fine, You never gave a clue, That you were leaving us behind Your time on Earth was through. Today is not the same our love, The house is empty, bare, I want to find you sleeping on my lap Or favourite chair. But we just had to bury you, Our hearts went with you too, You're laid next to our Teddy, We so loved both of you. We want to scream, we want to cry, Right now we feel so numb. How can we just pick up again, When our loved one has gone? How can we go to sleep tonight, Knowing you are laid out there? We want you right here with us, We want to hear you purr. We want to stroke you tenderly, And look into your face, And see your sweetest little eyes Look up to us with grace. I hope there IS a place for us, Where we will meet again, Where there's no tears or sadness, No dark clouds and no rain. How happy then we all could be, When we meet all of you, Awaiting us at Rainbow Bridge, Waiting, til our time's through. Until that day Soraya, play on with Teddy and your family, catch some mice, but please don't forget us down here, for you will live on forever in our hearts! We love and miss you SO much!
