1) working with others, sharing the projects.

2) do not pinch other peoples project ideas or the result will be the same as above to the both of you.

3) You are not allowed to fire or hire other people even if you are head or deputy head.

The site manager is allowed to:

2) Hire staff

3) Control the staff community

4) Sort staff into teams.
