This lineage looks weirder than it really is.  I remastered this recording 
and burned it shortly after I taped it, and when I went to convert it
to FLAC I realized that I didn't like the track breaks.  So I re-broke
some of the tracks and exported the new WAV files before converting to
FLAC.  I was less careful three years ago than I am now.
