I got this 'un as a double album with goodbye and hello.
After hearing Happy Sad I was rather surprised with this albums strong folk rocky feel.
Let's just say this has got a hell of a lot of spunk in it.
I'd probably give this 3/5 on the Tim Buckley scale.
Worth a look but only if you see it for seven quid or less I reckon.

Best Song: Valentine Melody
It's just so good in the chorus!
go F# or what ever it is!
Now what's the strange guy doing with his eye? I think it's a marble or something.
I'll note this one as his springing development album. Yes ladies and gentlemen here we find a flourishingly talented young man!
A lot more mature than his debut album Goodbye And Hello is when Tim got good. That is until he gets really good/ really shit. I depends on how you look at it.
More folk rock.
3 and a half out of 5

Best song: Pleasant Street (maybe)
I just found out that thing's a bottle cap
My first one!
Arguably the best too. This is a turning point of an album for Timmy. And he wrote it all by himself too! Wow! I can't think which is the best song or even define what type of music this is apart from "Loosely Folk". Good hair. Good music. Tim has become a real musician.
Definitely reccommended as a first buy or listen.

Album rating: 4.5 out of 5
(Close.....nearly there....)
Upon completing Happy Sad and getting to the end of the subsequent tour, Timmy had been a fiddling round again!. This time with an even more unusual result. You could say that he went mad here (or maybe took too many drugs). This one was so out there that the record comany withheld its release! Even out there for Tim!
That is until Starsailor comes around. (no not the shit English Indie band namesakes!)

Best Song: Lorca (?)
Album Rating: Four....maybe more.....
The chilled one
Freak out Tim!
