Both Libraries will start their Summer Reading Program on Saturday, June 21st, at 9:30 am. Each patron who participates in the program will receive a plastic book bag containing a reading log, bookmarker, information newsletter and a small prize for signing up. We ask participates to turn in their reading logs once a week, if this is not possible please inform the volunteer at the Summer Reading Desk so they may notate your records. Participates must be pre-school up through high school, if you have already graduated from high school you are not eligible for the program.
If you can not make it on June 21st just stop by either library after that date (up till August 01st, which is the last day you can sign up).
You may spend your library dollars at branch, but the library you sign up at will be the branch you return your records to weekly. There is no way we can transfer records back and forth between branches. You will only be allowed to sign up at one branch or the other, not both. If you are found to have signed up at both branches you will be bumped from the program.
