Questions I Get
What can you eat?
I can eat almost anything. Keep in mind that in November, I will be 3 years post-op. This is radically different than what I could eat right after surgery and even into the first 6-8 months after surgery. My advice = MODERATION. If you try a food and it makes you sick, don't eat it!!
What's an example of what you eat in a day?

Have you had any plastic surgery?
No. I've been very lucky. I do have some extra skin around my lower abdomen, but I don't require a tummy tuck. It doesn't show in my clothes unless I wear something extremely tight.
What do you do for exercise?
I work out every day:
Monday: 1 hr. step aerobics
Tuesday: Run 3 miles
Wednesday: 1 hr. step aerobics
Thursday: Run 3 miles
Friday: 1 hr. step aerobics
Saturday: 3. 5 hours step aerobics/muscle works (some of this is with weights and sit-ups)
Sunday: Run 3 miles
