For the "FOSLites" coming from Halifax, take the Circumferential to the Parklo and take the Main Street exit. Drive up Main Street until you reach the Caledonia Road intersection (Chebucto Ford on the left, NSCC on the right).
Turn left on Caledonia Road. and drive up to the stop sign. Turn left on Dumbarton, next right on Craindow Drive, left on Duncraggon, right on Gledcoe. 

You're there. It's a lot easier than it sounds.
