The Great Library Moot Society
Ladies and gentlemen it is with great honor we announce The Great Library Moot Society.
The Society is an international organization founded by The Curmudgeony Librarian and dedicated to organizing meetings or "Moots" of library folk from around the globe. Our goal is to bring the far-flung member of our electronic communities together in the real world, and to build bridges of understand to all corners of the Earth. We seek people interested in communities and community building to help organize meetings across the planet.

Our 1st Moot of 2004 was held Saturday January 17th at Dave and Buster's in Chicago with much success.
