Chicken with Dill
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs. (0.7 - 1kg) chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh baby dill
- juice from 1/2 of lemon
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Fry garlic and ginger in olive oil until lightly browned.
- Add pieces of chicken and dill.
- Stir every couple minutes until meat is white.
- Put juice of lemon uniformly over chicken and stir.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Fry until chicken is browned outside and white inside.
Servings: up to 4.

- rice, put chicken fry on top or side
- boiled/steamed pea pods
- salad - lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar/oil, salt and pepper
