Perhaps an edict has come down from the GB to use alternate spellings of names in order to throw one's "enemies" and "persecutors" off one's scent, so to speak.
Maybe the dear brother uses a slightly different name for each of his personalities -- You Know, multiple personality disorder (which YK does not have, btw).
Maybe one day the secret of the cryptic similar name game will be revealed.
