Hi Bro,
I had no event recently that would influence my posts. I am still expanding my beliefs in other areas but there is something about this flood thing that keeps me looking for answers.
Thanks for asking, though!
"And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat." (AV)

Good point, however the Mountains of Ararat is the key. This is plural. Ararat is not just one peak. This site is less than 20 miles from Ararat. The present Mt. Ararat is a volcanic peak and may be relatively new to our era, see?
The Turks call this mountain "Doomsday Mountain" because the remergence of the Ark is a harbinger for Armageddon. The Ark was uncovered by an earthquake in '47 and in '92 was uncovered even more. The Turks are hardly looking for a tourist attraction here. They are fighting the Kurds tooth and nail. This area has been dangerous for years and Wyatt & Fasold faced touchy situations on several of their trips.
Fasold has broken with Wyatt but is still on record as having been convinced it is the remains of a vessel and exactly measures to the very size spec. in the Bible. If you use the Egyptian cubit, which was used by the Israelites before they established themselves in Palestine.
I'll check the link and get back to you.
WW
