You mentioned how boring the meetings were for you. Is the 'spiritual food' the Organization tasteless and boring? Would it be for one who is just learning the "truth of the Bible?" The public talks are mainly for the new ones who are just getting a basic Bible undderstanding and we are present to give our support.
I've said this before in my other postings. "THOSE WHO COMPLAIN about the boring meetings and how we have heard the same things over and over......well, wasn't the manna given to the Isrealites in the wilderness, tasteless and repetitive? What happened to the complainers, do you remember? Yes, Jehovah was not pleased with them no more than is is pleased with those who complain about our 'spiritual food'given to us at the Kingdom Hall.
Please reconsider.
