It has nothing to do with laws of chemics or physics. It is logic.
As long as God could theoretically make two (or more) such reintegrated humans with your memories and personality, then it follows logically and
necessarily that a replica will not be the real you. The replica, indeed all the replicas, may believe they are you, but that doesn't help you very much. If you die and no unique personal "you" (soul, spirit, karma,
whatever) survives the death, you're eternally dead and can never become differently.
