YK,

: Only in the eyes of a fault-finder does it matter if a part of a prophecy was mis-interpreted.

ROTFL! Everything failed. Not a single little detail of that bizarre ad-hoc application of Daniel was correct. As I've said repeatedly, if the Kings of North and South in WTS interpretation was swapped, it would match closer! We've discussed this earlier, YK,and I demonstrated how totally insane WTS the verse-by-verse application of Daniel was. They switch positions mid-verse, they jump through centuries with no cue from the text, they apply modern political entities randomly to a book that clearly, accurately and directly describes the politics of Syria, Palestine and Egypt in the 2nd century BC. Last time we did this debate, you ran away. Perhaps I should repost my last posting in that debate so you can look at it again?

The WTS is a total, unprecedented failure in the prophecy game, YK. Every interpretation, every prediction has failed totally all through Watchtower history. Even if I made predictions using a pair of dice or a dart arrow, I could get a better record than these people. If God is behind these people, he must have an odd sense of humour.

: The first century Christians had all kinds of false notions. That of itself didn't disqualify them from being true Christians.

No, but it disqualifies them from being right. Being wrong means you are wrong. I hoped even you would see that.

If being 100% wrong is your criteria for chosing the Watchtower religion, I guess that's your right. But don't expect any sane person to take it seriously.
