Surely you jest. I have heard of cases like this (the woman being the sexual aggressor). Admitedly, rare. But, it is sexist to assume that women are "lily white" when it comes to such acts.
This is consistent with Webster's definition of rape: "The crime of forcing another person to submit to sexual intercourse." I don't see any reference here that would preclude the "forcer" from being a woman.
