I would encourage you to continue in studying the Bible with the true, J.W.'s.
Search out an Elder and
he will make some fine arrangements.Also, if you want alot of encouragement from the 'true friends, I will send you an E-mail address where you will find a great amount of loving encouragement. You will not find very much of it here, Sad
to say. Some here are doubting Jw's who don't appreciate the fact that the Society is a progressive one where gradually,
with God's help and direction, he is cleaning it up. Evidently, he is allowing those with a bad heart condition,
to leave God's Organization and of course this also continues the refining and cleansing of His spiritual temple.
If you went to last Sunday's Watchtower lesson, you would have studied about the the Prophecy in Ezekiel 43-44 about
God's Spiritual temple. It shows that while God's spiritual temple would be in placeprior to the millinium reign. Why? because the priests were still offering sacrifices not only for the people, but also for 'themselves'. So why do the
JW's complain about past errors? God is allowing imperfect men to take the lead within this Organization. And he does lead them on the right path, right down to Armeggedon. So my advice to you is, please do not listen to negative talk
against God's Organization. All this negative talk pleases Saten. He wants nothing more than to lead people out of God's temple of true worship. And he will take out as many as he can. He is a MASTER deceiver, afterall, he has had
thousands or more years to learn the craft. What better method than to use those who were once in the faith? Also, read Matt. 24:48-50. You will see that God's Righteous slave says his master is coming, but the Wicked slave says that he is
delaying and then he begins to eat and drink with the drunkards and beat's his fellow servants!
The Emphatic Diaglott uses the word, 'intemperate'instead of drunkard, which means, persons without self control-who are like drunkards.
Could this eating and drinking be the eating and drinking of the emplems in a worldly church and or just as well as associating with those practicing sin? And where could this take place since God disciplines by use of disfellowshiping
unrepentant ones from the congregations of JW's and or he just lets then leave on their own accord. Much of the time they perhaps may already be carrying on unrighteousness while within the congregation, that or talking negatively in
attempt to draw others away.
Don't ever let man stumble you! Continue learning about Jehovah and his requirements and follow through with what you've learned.
Babtism is an important goal in which to strive for!
As for your
other problem, I would myself, openly discuss your feelings with those of your car group. Assure them of your good motive. I hope you succeed and progress in your studies. And by all means, do use the Society's literature to help you with
your study of the Bible.
