be, but I'll bet they're not. I agree that before we go around killing people, we had better be d*mn sure of our evidence. People will be killed, we have no choice about that. But we can change the statistics considerably as far as who.
Personally, I would take more extreme measures, but fortunately the people in charge are not as much a black and white thinker as I am. I wish they would do this more, like in Africa, but the logistics and support are vastly different than
in the middle of Europe.
