One thing that the Watchtower Society is doing that will no doubt result in reform of some of the issues eventually is in now letting their young get an education. I suspect the ones in power realize this, and they know that reform is inevitable, but it will be in their own time on their own terms unless reform-minded Witnesses ban together.
