It's like looking in a mirror.....

After I started doubting alot of what the Society teaches, I started watching Garner Ted Armstrong on TV. Alot of what he said made good sense to me. I've always been of the opinion that natural Isreal and the city of Jeruselem are of significant importance to our days, something we don't teach at all.

I had to draw the line though when I found out their rather strange teaching that the British and Americans are thought to be 'the lost Tribes of Isreal'. I found the reasoning on it rather bizarre and comparable to the logic used to arrive at 1914.

For example they say the term "Saxons" as in "Anglo-Saxons" actually came from "Isaac's Son". Now if you just drop the "I", then you are left with "Saac's Sons" or "Saxons"....pretty freakin' wierd if you ask me!!!
