Shaun,
Nice Link!
When the "Harp" was first released in 1921, the "Millions" theme was a good idea, as it had already been promoted by Da Judge for the two years prior to that. Not only that, the whole "Millions" campaign centered on the fateful year of 1925. Fizzle.
The two scans (or should I say "scams?") you showed were from 1927, which still had the "Proof Conclusive Millions" theme, and from 1928 which omitted that theme.
The Harp book was a WTS staple for a goodly number of years. I have a friend (Gedanken) who has 3 different editions, and he has told me he cannot believe how much stuff changes from edition-to-edition (without any acknowledgement, of course)
Rutherford proved that old P.T. Barnum was right after all, didn't he?
