Just for the record, the NIV Hebrew-English Interlinear Old Testament, by Kohlenburger, does use "Yahweh" in the Interlinear section. Kohlenburger mentions in his preface that this is a point of departure between himself and the NIV English translators, done because he appreciated the importance of translating YHWH as a personal name, not as a title.
As to whether "Yahweh" is correct, I can only repeat that there is no existing ancient manuscript which points the
Hebrew to read that way. "Yahweh" is admittedly a scholarly conjecture.
