As an historian I hate lies. When liars try to distort my craft to support religious fantasies, I take exception to that. The Romans executed their criminals using a stauros with a crossbeam. That is a historical fact that has never been doubted by any historian.
Small or big, it is my strong conviction that the truth matters, and that lies should be defeated.
