Why can God do sick things, and is good? If people do them, they are bad? Killing babies, killing billions of people (Armageddon), genocide.

I went into a christian chat room once and asked the room a similar question- Why did God order the death of babies and kids in 1 Samuel 15:3? Almost everybody responded by saying the the Amalekites were Israel's enemies. I said that was really irrelevant, since I was asking about the infants and children. They then answered with things like, "We can't always understand God's will" or, "The babies went to heaven, which was a better place than the Amalekite nation" etc. I said "Couldn't the babies have at least been rescued?". That's when I got hit with the old, "We'll pray for you and maybe one day you'll understand". :-D

28) Why did God make teenagers with a high sex drive, then tell them not to have sex?

Because he's a sadist, of course.;-)

Here's a few of mine:

1) If this is the truth, why don't scholars agree? Are they all simply stupid or what?

2) Why does a person's life prospects depend on what mood they happen to be in when the JWs knock on their door?

3) If a woman clearly shows she's better at organizing than a particular man, why must the man still "take the lead"? I mean, is it better to follow a silly formality when the job could get done better otherwise?
