Have you ever read the Ba'hai view that many of these great prophets over the ages have some spiritual truth and all are sent from the creator-god who is known by many different names? There is also a group in Japan, House of
God, or something of that sort who have very similar beliefs. If one forgets doctrine and being dogmatic it is an interesting viewpoint on why the world is the way it is.
