According to the Jewish Calandar that you provide today is Nisan 14 and has been Nisan 14 all day. That means that tonight in the evening begins Nisan 15 the time that the Memorial should be observed. And the moon is approaching fullness tonight which is the preferred time for the observance. This was stated in their Aid book now declared as obsolete by them.
There was a new moon on March 17 to begin the month of Nisan but it was not clearly visible anywhere in
the world that day. The angle of it was not quite enough to make it clearly visible. So some belive the sighting of March 18 should be used and that makes April 1 Nisan 14 all day and the evening of April 1 makes Nisan 15. For them this is
the proper time to observe the Memorial. Yet the Watchtower calls April 1 Nisan 13 and the evening of it Nisan 14. This is not possible and the moon stands as a witness in the sky that Watchtower doctrine is false, manipulated by men that
care nothing for such truth.
