Well, the copy I have on CD-ROM is word for word exactly what you have, but it is dated 1914 and from the IBSA of Brooklyn, NY. If indeed the document is valid from 1914 (or at least reprinted in that year), then it would appear that M14 has no case whatsoever (not that we'd expect any sort of apology).
