There are many mysterious truths in the Qumran ruins that will startle the world according to one scholar interviewed on the Discovery channel. Dismissing this evidence as "only 1 fragment" as "not much to go on" is like dismissing the murder weapon at the scene of the crime as "only 1" piece of evidence. Sometimes that's all it takes.
