I remember reading someone once stating here that the Flock books says that sins and misconducts older than three years can not be used for disfellowshipping. Can you verify that it's really so? I have a Finnish version of it from 1991 and can't find that statement.
Btw, what is the latests US edition? They printed a new version in Finnish late last year. Perhaps also elsewhere in Europe, because I suspect this was partly because they needed to update the rules of handling publisher cards. New EU privacy act says that you have to have a permission from an individual to keep any files on him. Therefore those cards are signed over here.
