Yeah, he's too busy urging them to buy REAL music and books. He's urging them to HAVE A LIFE. He's urging them to GO TO SCHOOL, and HAVE JOBS!
But seriously, Yes, Satan and his demons are very busy these days because they know they are in deep trouble. It's kind of like a guy robbing a bank when the cops are just pulling up. He knows he's gonna get caught, but tries to get as much money as possible. It doesn't make sense, but they do it anyway.
As for the actual show you watched, I don't live in Holland so I have no clue. If you live in Holland you should be able to contact the tv station that aired it and get a transcript from them.
