You got that right! Actually, you reminded me of a sister I knew a few years ago who was dying to marry a Bethelite. She was a real moron who of course, thought she was better than everyone else. Well, she got her wish, she married a Bethelite and really walked around with her head in the clouds. She got so snooty with everyone in the congregation, that even the elders had to have a bit of a talk with her about her attitude. Of course, she didn't appreciate this at all---how DARE they question HER---the wife of a Bethelite!
Anyway, a nice little thing called "karma" got her in the end. Turns out her hubby decided he liked boys instead of girls, and took off with a guy who was a regular pioneer, to live happily ever after.
She was so furious, embarrassed and mortified, that I'm surprised she didn't just curse god and die.......don't think the rest of us didn't take full advantage of the situation too.....we gave her snide looks, remarks and excluded her from everything----just like she did to so many others....
Yes, justice is mine; I will repay....
