You commented, Just because someone is anointed by Holy Spirit does not mean that he has the 'ability to direct' and that he is qualified to serve in a position of oversight. I would agree with you on that, because its true of men in women in all walks of life. We see employers and employees, rulers and the ruled, but we also see something else demonstrated by motivated individuals and that is that when people are asked to step up to the plate and pitch in, they frequently do. It seems the concern expressed in Jacks letter is that they are not even being asked to step up to the plate, and yet they are supposed top be on the same team. Some educators make use of a technique to implant in the student the idea that something maybe within or even below a students ability to perform and so they create an expectation that it can be done and it is. You seem to be doing the same thing only in a negative direction, they cant all do it, so why try, why ask them to and you know what they dont.

Another comment you made in the same paragraph is that, Spirit anointing does not give one special abilities in regard to taking the lead or in understanding the Bible. Again Ill agree up to a point, because I am of the opinion that while in of itself it does not give special understanding of Gods word it should give an extra motivation to the person to learn and understand what the bible says.

Well, the Society does not need to recruit these ones and uproot them from where they are serving right now. Why not? Or are you saying that those in good health and of a position in life should be volunteering? That they should be going over to Brooklyn and saying here I am use me.

Some are simply not cut out for the work that needs to be done or health problems and other things may limit what they can do. How do you know unless you ask?

Really persons of the "other sheep" who are already serving there and who have considerably more experience in handling oversight of branches and traveling work are in a better position to fill many of these responsibilities. But why do they have more experience? Because they were trained. Well you know what I think I agree with Jack, right now its not their position to be the ones in charge. Not until there are no more anointed ones here on this planet. Its their job let them do it.

Its true all are asked to apply to Bethel service as long as you are between the age of 19 and 35. But when it comes to encouraging us to reach out to pioneer, to serve as Ministerial Servants, as Elders, to do more within our circumstances then why not ask the anointed to do the same. Maybe it could read like this.

Dear Brothers,
There is a dire need here at Bethel for those of the anointed to come serve at Bethel. If you are an older one with sound mental facilities and health, who has been professing to the heavenly calling for at least ten years please let your congregation secretary or PO know you are available and they will give you the appropriate application form to fill out.

Sorry, but I couldnt help myself. It's just my old Bethel training coming to the front.

These are MHOs.
