Along the coast you'll hear them boast
About a light they say that shines so clear.

Those were part of the words to the song, "Legend of a Mind," on the Moody Blues album, In Search of the Lost Chord, specifically about Timothy Leary. "Clear Light" was a "name brand" (for lack of a better term) for one 1960's west coast-based LSD manufacturer's product. There were other, more famous types... Orange Sunshine, Purple Owsley, Purple Microdot, etc. Most folks today, hearing this song, would probably not catch the veiled reference.

P.S. I deleted the first version of this because I messed up the HTML underline codes. Don't panic.
