I appreciate your candid assessment of the
"Jesus Seminar," and I agree with you 100%.
You strike a good, healthy balance
between ultra-fundamentalists who
react with suspicion that these are

Jesus, and those who assert that this is the most brilliant collection of scholars to ever come along.
I find the JS to be just a bunch of people
offering subjective opinions.
Interesting, but not much more than
that.
And certainly nothing to get
all bent-out-of-shape about.
