M14 will not have a reasoned conversation with ANYONE in the on-the-board experience.
Tell M14 you'll drop him if he won't discuss the reasons for his deletion on board. His current form completion is clearly sub-standard.
I employ 100 people. If he were my employee I would be putting him on short term objectives:
1. refer all posts for deletion to his manager
2. put up warnings and think about how participants will be brought to
understand the reasoning behind his deletions
3. participate in frank and open discussion and acknowledge wrong when pointed out
if he can't do this for 3 weeks he gets demoted.
