Of course, I'd have to read the entire article to get a "feel" for what the writer is asserting.
Perhaps she isn't asserting that the Witnesses were the first targets because the Nazi's hated them "the most"
(which is what they seem to like to believe), but perhaps because they were
seen as the easiest to knock-off, being quite a small group relatively speaking?
