All your problems would be solved if you would make a clearer outline of what h2o is supposed to be doing. You write an FPP than can be interpreted many different ways and you lead people to assume that this is a place where their deepest thoughts on the society will be respected.
This sort of clash is not the fault of Moderator 14, who I believe (my impression for the record) has been given his instructions and is carrying them out. He is just your Fall Guy. Send him in and let him take the heat because you can't be bothered to do it yourself. It's not the fault of the posters because they have been led to the understanding that this is a safe haven for expressing their views.
You added heat to the fire Kristin, by implying that COMF's post was acceptable in your view. It's time for h2o to stop being so wishy washy.
Explaining why Doug's post was deleted is not going to cut it. I'm also wondering if h2o was sued for any of
it's "illegal" content prior to the use of moderators? You didn't start out with moderators.
