I showed your post to an attorney in my office.
His comments indicated that Doug is well within his rights to reiterate a conversation in which he was a part.
The truthfulness of the conversation is irrelevant to the right to speak freely. There was no confidentiality presumed or written. There was no contractual obligation to privacy.
ANy attempt to enjoin H20 in a lawsuit (Anyone can be sued) would not be successful in his opinion.
He then made side comments wondering what your motives were for posting this. As a completely impartial observer he felt that M5 was either politically motivated to support the other moderator or bears a grudge against this Doug person.
Thought you might find another opinion of use.

Just as an aside, you know how many couples are serving at Bethel that have been there for 4 years? They could also have been part time (Temps) prior to that. It would be near impossible to track his sister down based on the information provided.
One other point is that if one bad post is removed that deserves it but yet 100 good are removed at the same time does not equate with "due diligence"
If 100 innocent men are jailed in order to catch one criminal is this good?
"t'is better to have one guilty man go free than to remove the rights of even one citizen"
