The FPP expressly states that mocking persons who choose to be witnesses is a violation. You know you're doing that, he knows you're doing that. If you won't attempt to abide by the FPP, he's certainly not going to abide by the new polisy and issue warning citations when he knows full well that you are familiar with the policy.
I think just about the smartest guy on this entire board is Cygnus. He's bright, he's perceptive and he's very fair. Check out his posts, he really does make sense.
