There is if he decides to worship God by different means, i.e. attending another church, or talking to people (not necessarily others JWs) about his new beliefs.
What you are recommending is in fact quite hypocritical. The JW leadership can change doctrinal ideas at the drop of a hat and demanding that not even a word be spoken against them, whereas WW has to feel entirely bottled up. Yes, all animals are equal, but some are more equal in the world of JWs.

Murdering innocent babies, raping young girls, selling slaves and calling
close friends "Satan" is Bible based as well. Maybe you should start a cult that specializes in those values.
