However, if the moderator is not required to show the slander, then the requirement has no weight. If this change is really going to do some good, the moderators must be required to show where the offense occurred!
Make it a requirement that a moderator must prove, by quoting or referring to the offending passage, that it was actually an offending passage. If you don't, then nothing will change.
