Believe it or not, there are pseudogenes which are not traceable to retroviruses in origin. There are several which are copy mutations and nearly identical to other genes but with one or 2 basepair differences that render them nonfunctional. If you didn't know about these cases and only knew of the ones you mentioned then I could see your point, which would have been 100% valid. So us and chimps can get the same retroviruses integrated into our genomes, so what?
Again, though, the existence of the other type of pseudogenes argues strongly for descent with modification of the genetic code....or evolution.
