playing on the word "Frank" as in,
"May I be Frank with you?" "Frankly", etc.
Sort of like the Leslie Nielsen jokes:
Guy #1: "Surely, you don't mean that...."
Guy #2: "Of course I do. And stop calling me Shirley!"
But I'm assuming Frank is someone of some significance here? I hope I didn't use somebody elses' handle. It's not registered if so.
