Joined a band, got drunk, started smoking, threw skinnydipping parties, had sex with strangers, got busted a few times, smoked an occasional joint.
Quit the band, went to college, graduated summa cum laude, got a real job, kept getting drunk, got busted a few more times, got in treatment, got sober.
Learned to love myself, learned to love other people, started on a lifelong course of self-improvement, quit smoking.
