Like you, edgy, I don't expect divine intervention in my lifetime. That's why God gave us the good sense to be able to solve our own problems.
Rather than seeing God kill these people, I would like to see them have a chance to live in an environment that fosters the good and leads them to become the best they can be.
Yes, I may be idealistic and naive, but I have seen the effects that the environment some people have to grow up in makes them what they are. It takes a
great deal of time and effort to know ourselves and to repair ourselves, but it's worth the time and effort.
