My advice would be to turn off the computer, TV, etc. and go out and wander round your community. Visit your local shopping centre - chat to the checkout person at your supermarket - stop for a coffee. I don't think you'll meet many of these clones of Hitler that you seem to believe deserve immediate annihilation.
The most enjoyable thing the Marilyn and I did this weekend was to wander round a local shopping centre - it's a highly multicultural suburb, and a comfortable sense of community pervades the atmosphere. We sat for a while, enjoyed a great cappucino with a delicious Greek pastry and watched the world go by. It doesn't come much better, apart from the Shiraz we had this evening ...
