The latest developements in this tragic saga has the family of this 13 year old boy appealing the court's decision. Also, the boy himself is rejecting medical treatment as he believes that prayer and herbal treatments in Mexico
are what is going to save his life.
Now for a child to have that kind of resolve, one may think that's admirable, but one can't help but think that this child is a product of religious BRAINWASHING. Sound familiar?
The parents of
this boy sound to me like a couple of real nut-cases who are playing with their son's life. As they drag this on in court, the lad is getting sicker, and his chances for recovery will no doubt be reduced by this legal wrangling wasting
precious time. If this boy doesn't make it due to not getting treatment in time, you can bet the parents will be thinking that he didn't make it because 'their faith wasn't strong enough'.
How sad.... :-(
