Perhaps it's best to eliminate any possible abuse of the "Clearly off-topic" category and get rid of it altogether.

Okay, here goes... The "Clearly off topic" category should refer to completely nonsensical and off-topic posts contained in a thread which was already started. Like, for example, someone talking about Monopoly� or a recent experience with JW's under a thread which someone started about the thanaptosis of Ecclesiasticus (some topic, huh?). Then again, not all off-topic posts need be deleted. I guess that's where a little proper judgement comes into play... Threads which people start could be any topic, and if someone chooses to talk about something else, they can start a new thread of their own. *Phew*
Do you think this arrangement sounds logical?
