Hi Cap'n,
I greatly enjoyed your post concerning the jog, "A Day in the Life" I think it was. I liked the fact that you were concerned with those going through a bad experience that you had already been through. I haven't been here long enough to have heard any on your family other than that you were going to go camping with a son still in the truth. As my daughter and parents are in,I am very interested in how that goes both out of concern for you and your family and as a possible indicator for my own. I know, we are all different with an infinite number of variables in our relationships with others, but it heartens me when I hear Shaun say she has helped some of her relatives and saddens me to think of Edgy's brother not speaking to her. I like knowing what others are experiencing and feel more able to offer sympathy and encouragement when I can. I too post things that are off topic, I guess. The odd poem, but all have to do with God, or situations similar to our own as in Dunbar's poem. The Rubiyat is one of my favorites, a man who dealt with the same doubts and questions I have only who was so much smarter and talented enough to express it all. The board is, I think, richer for background and broadened horizons. Thanks again for going to the trouble to post the "extra" stuff.
