Of course Gal 6:16 is saying that the rule to walk by is the rule discussed in the previous verses (perhaps the whole chapter) - that the flesh profits nothing and only God's regeneration in His only begotten Son is if value - circumcision availed nothing. Instead, those regenerated are the true Israel of God - inheritors of the promises and blessings, and "princes with God" (Israel).
Was he talking about a rule book. Sure, but not saying that we should follow one legalistically, rather that we should avoid those things!
The "Law of Christ" is the perfect law of liberty or "that belongs to freedom" (NWT) (James 1:25).
The apostle Paul would be turning in his grave at the use of Gal 6:16, and would be flabbergasted that they could say such a thing period.
